Terms & Conditions

I believe these rules are not new to you girls, but rules are rules - we hope you would read through it before placing any order (:

1. Items are 100% & brand new conditions.

2. Prices are fixed & non-negotiable.

3. Orders will be taken on first come, first served basis. We will reserved your item(s) for 2 days &
payments are advised to be made within that period too. Otherwise, item(s) will be automatically pass to those who can make payment first without any notifications.

4. Only serious buyers; no back outs or exchange will be entertained.

5. Buying is at your own risk.

6. Items are sold are not refundable nor exchangeable.

7. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture poster. Therefore, we will state the actual color of the item.

8. Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage.

9. Goods are deliver by mail. There will not be COD arrangements until further notice.

10. Please ensure that your mailing address has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will the parcel at the nearest post office & you will have to collect it yourself then.

11. It would be much appreciated if you notify us once you have received the goods. Reason being so to ensure us that the parcel has arrived at your doorstep safely.

After we have received your email, we will send you a confirmation email within 24hrs. Please reply the confirmation email within 24hrs too to confirm your order ASAP.

Step 3.
Bank in or transfer the payment to our bank accounts. If there is no reply from you within 2 days, your order shall be released without any further notice.

Step 4.
After you have banked it, please send us an email which includes the transaction date, amount and which bank you bank it to.

Step 5.
We will then mailing out the item(s) on our mailing day ^_^
